Reporting to the Vice President for Research, Sponsored Program Services (SPS) is the University’s authorized representative for grants, contracts and other agreements from government agencies, private industry, and non-profit foundations and the central point of coordination for sponsored projects.

SPS oversees the submission of proposals to sponsors, negotiates and accepts awards according to Federal and State law and University and sponsor policy.
