The Email address associated with this NetID (rov14004) must match either the email address of either the Traveler or the Preparer/Contact.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are normally processed on Fridays. The program will continue during the entire fiscal year until budgeted funds are exhausted.
